ANDOVER New Street stalwart Stuart Anderson has been given temporary charge of the first team matters following the parting of the ways between the club and boss Pete Case, after just 12 league and cup games.
Basingstoke-based Case offered his resignation immedately after Saturday's FA Vase defeat to Alton Town, at Foxcotte Park, ironically after one of the side's best performances of the season.
It was accepted by football chairman Martin Tobin and club boss Graham Waters, who later said that "Pete accepted that it would be best for both parties if he called it a day and I respect his decision which was amicable."
