CHILDREN at the Meadowside Leisure Centre in Whiteley have been learning essential skills - through soccer.
Socatots is the first soccer-specific physical play concept for pre-school children and is designed to develop a child's physical skills of agility, balance and co-ordination. Sessions are currently run sessions in Whiteley, Hedge End, West End and sessions will be beginning in Eastleigh and Winchester soon.
Socatots uses specially designed brightly colour balls, hoops, domes and other equipment. The programme is structured to develop each child's confidence and self-esteem as well as helping learn colours, numbers, letters and more.
