A HANDMADE quilt with a watery theme is being raffled to help Hampshire people living with cancer. The All at Sea quilt has been lovingly put together by the Sew What Quilters, who have been selling draw tickets for four months.
All proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Relief's South Hampshire Appeal to raise £1m to fund a cancer information and support centre at Southampton General Hospital. The Daily Echo-backed appeal has hit the halfway mark.
The quilt was put on display at Pirrie Park Bowling Club in Shirley as part of Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning last Friday.
