CARERS: There has been a change of plan for the next meeting of the support group at Hylton Court, Bowmonts Road.

The date is the same, Thursday, October 7, but the meeting will start later, as carers are invited to a fish and chip lunch, starting at noon and running until 2pm.

Why not come along and share your problems and experiences with others who understand?

BALLROOM and Latin American dancing lessons: Held every Wednesday, at Pamber Heath Village Hall, from 7.30pm to 9pm.

PAMBER Heath theatre evenings: Dates to make a note of include November 13, for Jim MacCool, Ionean Tales, poetry and music, and December 11, when there will be an Old Tyme Music Hall.

On January 8, Derek Brimstone will be back with his great music and entertaining stories, and on February 26 there will be a Holy Rock 'n' Roll Show with Shep Woolley and Doc Pearce.

All shows are on Saturdays, and start at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £9.50, including supper.
