SOUTH coast construction group Benson has built on success by gaining Investors in People accreditation.
The Southampton based company, with 65 staff achieved the criteria for the award four months ahead of target.
Grahame Pettit, managing director for Benson in the south, said: "Our team embraced the project and recognised the importance of the recommendations made within the curriculum. As well as developing new communication channels, including a quarterly staff newsletter, we will now focus on improved inductions and ongoing appraisals to ensure we can tailor additional training initiatives that help us deliver the business objectives."
The Southampton office is dealing with £30m of projects, comprising contracts ranging from £50,000 to £5m.
