JJ WORKOUT: Girls, are you looking for somewhere you can lose yourself in the music and yet know you have worked really hard when you leave?

If the answer is yes, then this is for you.

Classes are held at Kempshott Village Hall, off Pack Lane, on Thursdays, at 7pm.

Just turn up with a drink and a mat or towel for floor work. Classes cost £4.

TEEN Night: Starting every Wednesday, at JJ's, Unit B, Morse Road, West Ham Industrial Estate, Basingstoke, from 7pm to 9pm, for 12 to 16-year-olds. The cost is £4.

ALZHEIMER'S Society: The park rangers are supporting this organisation in the Basingstoke and District branch's 25th anniversary sponsored walk on September 18, at the War Memorial Park, starting from the Crossborough Hill car park at 1pm.

There are three short walks you can follow: half-a-mile, one mile and one-and-a-half miles.
