JUMPIN' Jaks has got a great set of events to make sure that you get into the mood for a summer bank holiday - whatever the weather.
Tonight will have a Caribbean feel when Grammy nominated and MOBO-winning stars ASWAD make a special, pre-Notting Hill Carnival appearance.
The band, which still consists of the two founder members Drummie Zeb and Tony Gad, will be performing hits like Shine, their number one Don't Turn Around, Give a Little Love, On and On and Warriors.
They will also be performing tracks from their recent album, Cool Summer Reggae, which features cover versions of a wide range of tracks, including Top Loader's Dancing in the Moonlight, Gregory Issacs' Night Nurse and Sting's Roxanne.
British reggae group ASWAD formed in the mid-70s, taking their name from the Arabic word for black.
They enjoyed their greatest chart success from the mid-80s to the mid-90s although they can still draw in the crowds today.
Tomorrow night it's the turn of 80s pop star Jackie Graham to step into the spotlight.
Birmingham born Jackie was Britain's foremost black female vocalist of the 80s.
She will be belting her way through her back catalogue tomorrow night, including Could it be I'm Falling in Love, Round and Round, Set Me Free, Step Right Up and Breaking Away.
On Sunday night R 'n' B girl group FYA will be making a special appearance at Jumpin' Jaks' seven-hour marathon R 'n' B night.
