The work of photographer, Rachel Fish, is currently on display at The View, in Bridge Street, Winchester.
The shop front is used for the display of work by artists and students living in the area.
Rachel graduated in Fine Art Printmaking from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1995, combining printmaking techniques with photography and she has worked since then as a professional photographer.
She exhibited in Sydney before returning to the UK in 2002 to live in Winchester and now concentrates on collaborative projects with designers and architects.
Talking about her work, she said: "I enjoy what I do. I am driven by the need to create and knowing the pleasure other people have from seeing or owning a piece of my work.
"Colour affects us deeply. It has a power to alter our mood and to lift our spirits. My aim in this range was to capture the texture, colours and strong lively forms to create an image that suggests movement and energy."
Rachel's work, which includes close-up, full colour photographic images of organic forms such as flowers, is on display in the shop front until next Thursday, September 2nd.
