BETWEEN Internet passwords and PIN numbers for cash points most people are already overloaded with things to remember.
With the introduction of chip and PIN credit cards to combat fraud, which are being distributed now, things are set to get a lot worse.
Leading psychologist Donna Dawson says memory can be improved using a few simple tips and tricks. She recommends linking PIN numbers to important dates or rhyming them with words.
She said: "Using these methods, the vast majority of people will be able to remember more than one four digit PIN simply and quickly."
