BIG BROTHER fan Becky Shaw has had her dream come true.
The 25-year-old is to step inside the Big Brother house for an unforgettable party after winning a competition at Southampton's Walkabout bar.
An avid fan of all five series of the hit reality television show, Becky says she is most looking forward to sitting on the diary chair when she travels to the house at Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire.
"I can't wait to see the different rooms. I've heard the house is a lot smaller than it appears when you watch it on television.
"I want to go in the diary room and sit in the diary chair just to see how it feels and what it would have been like for the contestants."
Although Becky, of Burlington Road, Southampton, wanted Victor or Dan to win during the latest series, she is quite happy that Nadia came out victorious.
She ranks the BB5 as one of the best.
"I have enjoyed all of them but this was my favourite because Big Brother was so evil to the contestants but they reacted so well."
Now Becky, who works for the National Blood Service, has left her friends envious and her parents bewildered.
"My dad thinks it's ridiculous. He cannot believe I want to go in the house and neither can my mum. They didn't watch it."
To win the invitation to the party on September 18, Becky had to perform a variety of tasks on stage at the Walkabout bar.
She will join about 50 other winners from across the country.
All the party-goers will have the chance to meet their new fellow housemates and take part in Big Brother style tasks.
Despite her love of the programme, Becky has no desire to take part.
"I'm happy just watching," she said.
The manager of Walkabout Southampton, David Burberry, said: "We asked customers to get involved with all kinds of fun and games to compete for the hot ticket."
