SINCE opening its doors in Queensway, Southampton, The Best Connection employment agency has established itself as a leading supplier of quality temporary staff to the industrial, driving, and warehousing and distribution sectors in the local area.
The Best Connection puts this down to extensive staff knowledge of businesses in the area.
"All our staff have previous experience in the recruitment industry in Southampton and we all have a good working relationship with our clients, many of whom we have known for some time," said a spokesman for The Best Connection.
"Since we opened in Southampton we have received regular requests from local businesses requiring us to supply temps for all types of positions."
In 13 years The Best Connection has grown from a single office based in the Midlands to become a 45-branch UK-wide enterprise with an annual turnover in 2003 in excess of £90m.
Even through slack economic periods the company has continued to demonstrate sustainable organic growth in all areas of the business including turnover, profit, employee numbers, clients and contracts.
Further expansion is planned by the company during the coming year.
In order to meet the demands of its growing client base, The Best Connection employment agency, which supplies quality temporary labour to the industrial, HGV and warehousing and distribution sectors, is seeking additional temporary staff.
The company is currently looking to take on additional HGV1, HGV2, 7.5 tonne and van drivers and also requires additional pickers/packers, warehouse operatives, drivers' mates, cleaners and production staff including PCB assemblers.
All candidates are offered a choice of contracts, short or long-term assignments and they can choose where and when they would like to work.
