PETER Parfitt Leisure has won the £1m contract to provide corporate hospitality at Hampshire Cricket's home the Rose Bowl for the ICC Champions Trophy 2004.
PPL expects to sell up to 5,000 corporate hospitality packages for the biennial event, which is being held in the UK for the first time from 10-25 September.
The deal also covers The Oval and Edgbaston grounds which host the international tournament of one day games.
PPL is part of All Leisure, the sport and leisure division of Compass Group, which claims to be the world's largest food service company with annual revenues in excess of £10bn. PPL's Neil MacLaurin said fans could expect something special.
"Clients are increasingly looking for the 'wow factor' in their corporate hospitality arrangements. We are looking forward to working together with the International Cricket Council to deliver this."
