THE POINT in Eastleigh has a spectacular autumn season ahead with a host of exciting dance and theatre groups to entertain.

Organisers have scoured the country to bring locals the very best award-winning and inspirational dance companies and productions to keep people entertained as the evenings draw in.

The curtains open with the return of the touring Pimlico Opera with their new production of Mozart's love triangle Cosi Fan Tutte on September 3.

There will also be energetic performances from all-male dancers at the Full Force Dance Company with their exciting premiere of Headcase.

Contemporary dance fans will enjoy performances by Henri Oguiki and his dance company.

While those who adore theatre are in for a treat with comic performances of My Uncle Arly and The Wicker Woman and children's theatre Strawberry the Clown and Burglar Bill, to name just a few.

To top it all off, youngsters will go mad for the Harry Potter and Shrek 2 fun days being held towards the end of the season.

The great entertainment for the autumn season is set to run from September 3 until the end of October.
