SO WHAT do you want to do? The community centre wants to hear from the youth of Hatch Warren.
The centre is there for us all, so it's important that everyone gets a say on the activities and facilities that they want.
There must be lots of young people out there with ideas and opinions on the things that would interest them.
Here's an easy way to do it - just send an e-mail to the community office at mail@hatchwarren.com with your thoughts on what you would like - it's as simple as that.
It is waiting to hear from you.
YOUTH drop-in cafe: As part of the drive to improve youth provision in Hatch Warren, the young people's drop-in cafe will be starting-up again in September.
The first one will be on Friday, September 17, at 7pm.
For £1 you can stop by for a chat, refreshments, listen to music or play snooker or table tennis.
The community centre is also looking for volunteer staff to help with this.
FIREWORKS: I know it seems a very long way off at the moment, but the community office will soon be releasing details of ticket prices for the annual Fireworks Extravaganza.
It is worth making a note in your diaries now, as there are always plenty of displays going on over the bonfire weekend, but Hatch Warren is widely acknowledged as one of the best.
This year it will be held on Saturday, November 6.
Gates will open at 6pm and the display will start at 7.30pm.
Other attractions will include live music, bouncy castles for the little ones and fairground rides.
Further details from the community office on 811262.
WOODLAND park: Writing in the current issue of The Rabbiter, beat officer WPc Jo Hill reminds everyone that the recent attack in the woodland park was a very rare occurrence.
It is worth remembering that this is a great facility to have on our doorsteps - so much open space and greenery and so much wildlife.
On my fairly infrequent recent visits I have seen skylarks, rabbits, swallows and kestrels - regular park users must have seen much more.
I hope the publicity about the attack hasn't put too many people off visiting the park, especially in the summer weather.
