OLIVER Ball has joined Southampton based property consultants Vail Williams as part of the firm's graduate trainee programme.
Having graduated from the University of Kingston with a MA in European Real Estate, he has commenced work within the firm's leading professional team.
Based at Vail Williams' Southampton office he is predominantly focusing on property valuation and landlord and tenant work, to include rent reviews and lease renewals, for the region's banks and businesses.
Matthew Samuel-Camps, partner at Vail Williams, said: "We are delighted to welcome Oliver, his expertise will boost Vail Williams'professional services across the south coast."
Oliver had previously worked for a firm of surveyors in London, having gained experience in business space agency, property management, and building consultancy.
As part of the firm's graduate trainee programme he has commenced studies towards his APC to become a chartered surveyor.
