MANAGEMENT at TML Financial Solutions in Southampton predict a bright future for their staff - and to prove it they've lined up a fortune teller for a major recruitment night.

Potential employees can go along to the company's offices next Thursday and have their fortunes professionally read by an expert using a crystal ball.

What's more, if anyone wants to double-check what's on the cards for them - there's going to be a tarot reader on hand too.

In one of Hampshire's biggest recruitment events of the year, scores of potential applicants are expected to turn up for the evening, at the company's headquarters near Southampton Airport.

Posts which need to be filled include mortgage and loan officers, mortgage processing team leaders, legal and compliance administrators, sales call qualifiers and people to process mortgage applications.

Age is not important, with experienced people, particularly those with leadership skills, as welcome as young ambitious go-getters.

Natacha Craven, head of human resources at the firm, which is taking on 70 extra staff, said that as TML Financial Solutions was such a dynamic company, it seemed appropriate to provide a forum with a fun and fascinating twist.

She said: "We don't need a crystal ball to know that there are talented, enthusiastic, committed and dynamic people out there who are looking to move their career in the right direction and can do extremely well with us at TML - but we thought it would be fun to have one anyway.

"There will also be light refreshments and experienced staff to talk to people about the career opportunities here."

She added: "The Night Watch, a local child care company based in Hythe, will be providing creche facilities, with games and amusements catering for children aged six months and over.

"We want to ensure working parents won't miss out on finding out about what we have to offer.''

Respected clairvoyant Pam Sturgess from Portchester will be making the predictions for the fortune-telling part of the evening - hopefully for people to have bright futures with TML.

Pam, who has 25 years' experience, said: "I have looked into my crystal ball and I can already say that it's going to be a very interesting and productive evening.''

The company is one of the UK's fastest growing direct-to-consumer mortgage specialists and one of the most successful young firms in the region.

Since being launched in 1998, it has grown from five staff to 280 and is now expanding again, with a planned move to larger offices at Whiteley, near Fareham, this summer.

Anyone interested in finding out what the future holds can ring 023 8030 2791 or just drop in to the recruitment night to be held at the TML offices from 5.30pm-8pm next Thursday.
