ESTATE agents Redwoods are looking to score a hat-trick in the country town of Whitchurch.
The third property to be marketed by them in a terraced row of Edwardian villas in Test Road is now on the market with a price guide of £230,000.
David Lawrence, of Red-woods, said: "The previous two properties were sold after receiving an enormous level of interest - proving the popularity of the area."
The three-bedroomed home has views across allotments and the famous River Test beyond.
The estate agents' Whitchurch branch is also selling a modernised mid-terraced house in Hurstbourne Priors.
It has three bedrooms and its gardens back on to open fields.
The asking price for the Hurstbourne Priors property is £275,000.
