SHE'S had £80,000 of taxpayers' money spent on renovating her derelict house.
Her three-bedroom home - once declared unfit to live in - is now worth a staggering £160,000.
However, defiant pensioner Flo Giblett is refusing to move back in because she claims the repairs are not up to scratch.
She will not budge from a council flat where she is living temporarily.
Housing chiefs spent months decorating and renovating the near derelict property which was worth just £30,000 when they began the work two years ago.
Now a senior councillor has accused Mrs Giblett of holding the council to ransom.
