THEIR pupils' hard work was recognised by teachers at a Hampshire school's awards evening.
One hundred youngsters aged from 11 to 13 at Wildern School collected awards for outstanding attainment, progress and community service from Daily Echo editor Ian Murray.
Deputy head teacher Stewart Vaughan said: "We hold the awards ceremony at the end of every school year.
"The school not only recognises the high-fliers but also the less able who have made lots of progress with their work."
The school in Hedge End has 1,800 pupils on roll.
