Trojans got off to a great start through Simon Williams (69) and Mario Mohammed (28). Nigel le Bas (35) and Dave Babidge (35) kept them in the picture, until Toogood (3-31) took two wickets in the last over to dismiss the Stoneham visitors for 232.
Unbeaten leaders Rowledge scrambled a last-ball win over Purbrook and Havant II reaffirmed second place with a crushing win over Portsmouth II.
With Hambledon losing to New Milton, Paultons climbed into third spot, courtesy of a six-wicket win over South Wilts II (187).
