LAST Friday the Basingstoke rinks team were away at Kingsclere and for once all 12 of the town bowlers were on song winning 81-29 and picking up all five points to nil.
On Sunday the Lennie West Tournament went well as they were lucky with the weather and the quality of play.
After a long day the winners were Alan Bevan, Madge Morgan and Jill Ross who defeated Dave Sims, Richard Ross and Deirdre Page.
