Pre-season training has started at CFL-sponsored Andover RFC and over the summer there have been considerable changes at the Goodship Ground.
The club has welcomed Will Frost in as the new senior head coach after the retirement of "the three musketeers", Mark Gittos, John Rowe and Rich Munnery.
Will brings with him a wealth of experience after playing Currie Cup rugby in South Africa for the Gauteng Falcons before moving on to Western Province where he was coached by Nick Mallett, now the coach of Stade Francais.
