Crown Taverners v Penton
Despite bad weather for the past three weekends, Penton managed to complete two games without interruption.
Confidence was up for last week's visit to Crown Taverners, but unable to get it right in eight tosses meant that Penton batted first on a very damp pitch.
Dave Rolls (17) and Dave Penfold (14) both got themselves in, but Mick Vince (68) was mainly responsible for the 117-3 after 25 overs.
The loss of Vince started the all too familiar collapse with four wickets falling for two runs.
