DAZZLING dresses, smart suits and lavish limousines.
That is how hundreds of teenagers have been celebrating the end of school in Hampshire.
Over the past few weeks dozens of proms for year 11 students have been held in school halls, hotels, on boats and even at the Saints' football ground.
Pupils, teachers and parents have pulled out all the stops to make sure their proms would turn out to be an unforgettable memory for years to come.
For many the countdown began months ago with the search for the perfect dress or best suit.
And in further education colleges too the end of the academic year was celebrated with a chance for students to party
Now an integral part of the final summer term the American style prom has continued to grow in popularity over the last ten years.
And judging from the pictures in our 44-page supplement the hard work that went into each event certainly paid off.
