EASTLEIGH planners are being asked for permission to demolish and existing home at 10 Merdon Avenue, Chandler's Ford, and replace it with six two-bed flats and two three-bed maisonettes.
The application from Planning System Ltd also includes parking for ten cars with access from Merdon Avenue.
A borough council spokesman said the earliest the application could be considered was September 8.
