A man and a youth have been charged with arson following a fire at Harestock Primary School on May 16th.
Eighteen-year-old Isaac Luke Day Mullane, of Acorn Close, Winchester, is due before Basingstoke Magistrates on July 13th, accused of arson.
A 15-year-old youth from Winchester has been similarly accused and is due before the Basingstoke bench the same day.
