Twenty fished the first round of the Andover Angling Club's away championship at Vale Farm which was won by Dave Thaker with 44lb 10oz, followed by Gerry Blunt with 36lb 5oz and Charlie Wernham (CW Services) with 36lb 4oz.
Sections were won by the Tackle Emporium, Romsey pairing of Peter Hopper with 33lb 12oz and Martin Hopper with 20lb 14oz.
The second round of the Evening League at Foxcotte Lake, Charlton, saw a win for reigning champion Paul Barnard from Amesbury with 23lb 4oz, with Charlie Wernham in second place again with 11lb 4oz and first round winner Colin Harris with 6lb 8oz.
