A RISING talent is to appear at Portsmouth Guildhall tomorrow.
Tom Baxter, who recently appeared on Later with Jools Holland, is supporting Jamie Cullum at the venue.
Tom's debut single, This Boy, is set to be released on July 19. It comes from his forthcoming album, Feather and Stone.
