DEVELOPMENTS: The land to the rear of R&R Roofing will imminently be undergoing change.
B J Champion, who is currently working on the building on the corner of George Street and Queens Road, has been contracted to demolish the old buildings and construct four new dwellings on the site.
Wickes, the DIY supplier, has also had its application considered this week.
The firm hopes to build a new superstore on the land on the Churchill Way side of Safeway.
BROOKVALE Community Association: The new committee is currently getting to grips with all that is required of it.
No social events have yet been posted, though rumour has it that the next issue of the Blurb is due out within the next week or two.
