IT WAS an action-packed weekend for thousands of people who flocked to the annual HMS Sultan summer show.
Huge crowds enjoyed taking helicopter rides and watching breathtaking motorcycle display crews and horse stunt teams at the show at the Gosport military base. An estimated 20,000 people flocked to the event and helped raise thousands of pounds for a host good causes.
The fun-filled family bash also included a steam fair, sheepdog displays and a children's circus where youngsters were given the chance to learn tricks of the trade.
Alongside the high-octane activities was the ever-popular Sultan Village Fete featuring a range of traditional stalls.
Kirsten Johnson, one of the event promoters, said: "It's been a fantastic weekend and there have been activities for everyone to be able to enjoy."
