Fareham Nomads' A team romped to victory in the second round of the Rother Swimming League.
Of the 51 events, Fareham won 38 of them with youngsters Evie Edwards, Charlotte Grant, Mathew Wilson, Katie Douglas and Mitchell Smith all performing well.
The two individual events were for the U/14 age groups in which both Hannah Teasdale and Oliver Wright swam pbs of 1.15.51 & 1.13.69 respectively to win the 100m IM.
Result: 1 Fareham Nomads 275, 2 Worthing 211, 3 Epsom 190, 4 Isle of Wight 157, 5 Wandsworth 112, 6 Chichester 105.
The 'B' team, although not at full strength, swam very well in a close gala.
There were relay wins from Chris Vine & Robbie Blackman in the U/14 Breaststroke, Caroline Crossley & Tara Halbauer in the Open Freestyle, Andy Shand & Dan Crook in the Open Freestyle and Chris Vine & Dan Leppard in the U/14 Freestyle.
In the Individual Medley events, Ashley Botham secured maximum points recording a pb of 1.25.79.
Result: 1 Cranleigh 227, 2 Ringwood 218, 3 Alton 170, 4 Havant & W'ville 169, 5 Fareham Nomads 166, 6 Andover 113.
At the final weekend of the District Championships, Sophie Teasdale, 10, won a gold and two silvers, finishing third in the overall categories.
Her gold came in the 200m Backstroke in which she recorded 2.39.85 - nine seconds inside the NQT for 11-year-old girls. But Sophie will not compete as she is not old enough.
She won silver in the 100m Freestyle (1.08.74) and 100m Backstroke (1.15.74).
At the Masters World Championships, Fareham's Jo Corben won a silver medal in the 200m Backstroke and bronze in the 100m event.
The 33-year-old will now have a break from the sport and return in the autumn.
Tony Corben swam very well, recording his best times in the 100m & 200m Butterfly for several years.
