LAW firm Moore & Blatch has appointed a senior solicitor to strengthen its growing commercial property division.
Justin Sturdy, who has ten years' experience in property law, joins the firm from Blake Lapthorn Linnnell in Fareham.
His experience covers all aspects of commercial property law, but his main areas of responsibility will be residential land development work for national and regional housebuilders and developers, alongside general commercial work. Steve Ingram, head of property at Moore & Blatch, says, "We are continuing to grow our land development and commercial property services, particularly with housebuilders and developers.
"This is a reflection of our rising reputation in what is an increasingly specialist area of work for us.
"We are delighted to welcome Justin to the team, where his experience and expertise are already making a valuable contribution."
