KEY changes and developments in employment law were revealed at a Paris Smith and Randall seminar at St Mary's Stadium in Southampton.
The event was held in the boardroom at St Mary's Stadium with Daily Echo managing director Stewart Dunn giving the keynote speech.
It was the second seminar organised by the Southampton based solicitors - Daily Echo editor Ian Murray spoke to local employers two weeks ago.
Other speakers came from the Paris Smith and Randall employment law team.
Jane Biddlecombe spoke about changes to disciplinary and grievance procedures; partner Mary Siddall discussed changes to working time regulations; Laura McFadyen detailed discrimination law information and David Roath revealed upcoming changes in employment law.
Mr Roath said: "The seminar covered recent major changes to employment law as well as up and coming matters which employers need to be aware of."
