TML Financial Solutions' new office in Whiteley, near Fareham, is receiving its finishing touches.
Managing director Tim Kirby and operations director Penny Searles dropped by to inspect the progress to the new £3m Forum 3 building - and they couldn't resist pitching in with a paintbrush.
The mortgage experts know all about helping people to move house - now the rapidly expanding company is on schedule to complete its own move.
The firm relocates from Eastleigh to a prestigious new HQ on July 5. A VIP opening is being planned for July 14.
Tim said: "We are delighted with Forum 3. It's absolutely stunning. It will provide a fantastic working environment for our staff and the space and facilities are exactly what we need as we continue to expand.''
The new offices will have room for 500 people. TML's current HQ at Eastleigh holds just 260. The new offices will allow them to further expand.
London design company Blue Jelly was commissioned to fit the light, airy interiors of the new building, which will be dominated by a three-storey atrium with a dramatic suspended sculpture. The glass walls have been engraved with key words such as "happy" and "successful", chosen by staff to describe the company.
Facilities will include a cafe and restaurant and the south's only corporate chill- out zone, a major investment which will employ a qualified holistic therapist.
Penny Searles added: "Everyone is really looking forward to the move to Forum 3. The environment for our staff was uppermost in our minds in the design of the building and we are confident it is going to be a fantastic place to work.''
Penny said the move would also allow TML Financial Solutions to consider other staff benefits for the future, including introducing flexible working and either a work-based crche or subsidised childcare locally.
