AMICI Forever, the classically-trained opera singers currently taking the listening public by storm, bring their revolutionary sound to the Anvil stage this weekend for a set that promises something for everyone.
The five-piece outfit come to Basingstoke hot on the heels of their acclaimed debut album.
Part of the new wave of performers trying to break down the barriers between opera and pop, Amici have already performed at Wembley Arena with Dame Shirley Bassey and sung for Prince Harry.
Their performance at last year's Champions' League Final at Old Trafford, singing the competition's theme tune - Handel's Zadok the Priest - was witnessed by more than 500 million people worldwide.
They promise to delight Hampshire audiences with an accessible blend of re-interpreted classics and modern numbers.
The Anvil, Basingstoke, Sunday, June 20. Performance: 7.30pm. Tickets: from £15.50. Box office: 01256 844244.
