Twyford v Longparish AFTER the set back from the previous two matches, Longparish showed their tenacity on Saturday by overwhelming Twyford by the convincing margin of seven wickets.
The home side batted first and lost wickets at regular intervals and at one time were 117-7.
But Longparish let them off the hook with an eighth wicket partnership of 62 between McKenzie 30 and Paine 29no, enabling Twyford to reach 185-9.
Top score came from Rose with 51 and for Longparish Ross Stewart's tremendous spell of quick bowling brought him 5-33 from 12 overs.
