Four Marks v St Mary Bourne St Mary bourne finally triumphed over adversity by achieving their first victory of the season at Four Marks.
Skipper Mick Mumford elected to bowl and took to the field missing several regular players.
Openers Alan Wade and John Golding failed to make an early break through and it was the introduction of Mick Batchelor and Lester Culley who completely changed the game with a delightful exhibition of swing bowling.
Batchelor returned figures of 5-55, Culley 2-34 and Alan Wade returned to mop up the tail with 3-16 dismissing Four Marks for 132.
