TIMSBURY'S dream of a trip to Lord's in the npower Village Cup is over, despite a courageous display against Paultons in the Hampshire county final.
They lost by six wickets at Whitemoor Lane - but made their Southern Electric Premier League Division 3 neighbours fight all the way.
Paul Hurle (96) and Chris Elvidge (54) provided a century opening partnership to help M & T post 194-6.
But an undefeated 86 by Simon Sargeant, aided by Duncan Park (54), steered Paultons to a six-wicket win.
Rowledge won their Berkshire/Surrey group final, beating Holmbury St Mary by eight wickets.
