INCREASED demand for interim management and specialist recruitment services have boosted turnover and profits at south coast based Guildsrealm.
The Hampshire company this week reported turnover has topped the £1m mark as companies take advantage of its search and selection service and increasingly call on Guildsrealm for interim management through its GR Selection division.
"We are delighted with the financial results which have been achieved in a challenging year,'' said managing director Matthew Davis.
"By working closely with clients and their human resources requirements we have been able to place a record level of top class candidates and we are poised for further growth in the coming months.''
Mr Davis said the company's ambitious expansion plans have already seen the development of its search and selection service and the recent launch of HR Consulting, part of Guildsrealm's plan to set itself apart from other consultancies.
There has also been success for its new subsidiary Advanced Selection which handles lower level appointments, mainly in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
"Our long term experience in the recruitment market helps tremendously and we are developing additional services to provide companies with a comprehensive human resources solution.''
