Lordshill Road Runners are holding their annual 10K road race later this month.
Action starts at 10.30am on Sunday, June 27 at Lordshill Outdoor Recreation Centre, Redbridge Lane, Southampton.
The fast, flat course is through country lanes and woods is growing in popularity each each.
