VANDALS broke into the grounds of a Hampshire school before daubing the walls and roof with obscene graffiti.
Police have launched an investigation after damage was caused to Brookfield School in Sarisbury, near Fareham.
Yobs used white, blue and brown emulsion paint to graffiti the out-building walls, windows and roof.
Staff at the school spent much of Monday morning using a high-pressure jet and scrubbing brushes to remove the paint.
The Brook Lane school's deputy head teacher Matthew Leeming called the damage "disgraceful".
He added: "We are in the lengthy process of getting it off. Straight away teams of staff were out there with a high-pressure hose and scrubbing brushes.
"There was quite a lot of it.
"But we are really pleased with the way the pupils conducted themselves on discovering the damage."
The break-in occurred some time between 9pm on Sunday and 6am on Monday.
Investigating officer PC Andrew Hibbert said: "Three tins of paint were used. It's caused a lot of inconvenience for the staff and it would not have been nice for the pupils or any visitors.
"They've even managed to climb on to the roof and graffiti there."
Anyone who has any information about the vandalism should contact PC Hibbert at Park Gate police station on 0845 045 4545 or the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555111.
