Sir.-Back in 1939 my parents fled Germany and we lived in Kempshott Lane, Basingstoke.
For Christmas '39, I received a nursery rhyme book from a neighbouring young lady (a teenager at that time).
Her name was Mona Willet, who also lived in Kempshott Lane.
If still is alive, she would be in her 70s or 80s.
Is she, or any of her family, still around?
