PARISH council AGM: At the recent AGM, which was well attended, the chairman said the Village Design Statement had been approved by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
Copies of this have now been delivered to every household in Dummer.
Janet Martin, of the CPRE, explained how the "quiet lane" system worked, and commended the parish council for being one of the first in Hampshire to bring this to the attention of the residents of Dummer.
If anyone hasn't delivered their form back to Oldwell House or Merestone, please do so as soon as possible.
