Andover Golf Club's 2004 Presidents' Day competition was another successful event with the weather conditions remaining dry.
Club president Tony Broad once again hosted the event and he ensured that refreshments were available at the half way point and he was ably assisted by Wendy Rennison.
There were many prizes on offer and one of the most popular to be presented was to past captain Doug Fisher who managed that elusive hole in one on the Sunday at the testing ninth.
Nearest the pin on the 17th was won by Luke Graham and the longest drivers were Liam Guyatt (men), Bryon Tarrant (seniors) and Tracy Howard (ladies). Tracy also won the ladies prize with 36 points and Lorrane Colliss was second with 35.
