MYDDELTON and Major are letting eight office/workshop units at Home Farm business Centre, in Lockerley.
Lockerley is on the border of Wiltshire and Hampshire; 15 miles from Salisbury, 16 miles from Andover and 13 miles from Southampton.
In a rural setting, the Home Farm Business Centre consists of twenty-nine converted farm buildings suitable for a range of business uses. The centre offers a variety of unit sizes, all connected to BT Broadband and ample on site parking.
The units vary from fully fitted offices with cloakrooms, carpeting, heating and lighting to more basic workshop units suitable for light industrial purposes.
Dean Speer of Myddelton and Major said: "Previous occupiers have had a great deal of success and have thoroughly enjoyed the rural setting and comfort of the offices. The facilities available are ideal for starter units."
BT Broadband is installed in the Business Centre, providing high-speed Internet access for all companies based there.
The current businesses located at the Home Farm Business Centre range from printers to structural engineers. The rural setting makes Home Farm a peaceful setting to work in and avoids the noise and distractions from the city and surrounding towns.
