FINANCIAL services firm TML Financial Solutions has begun the final countdown, with just 50 days to go before it moves to stunning new headquarters at Whiteley, near Fareham.
Major expansion has led to the firm, one of the fastest growing direct to consumer mortgage specialists in the UK, transferring from its current Eastleigh offices to the new and much larger Forum 3 building.
Operations director Penny Searles said: "Our current offices only hold 260 people and we need 500 staff. There is room for 500 at Forum 3.
"We also wanted to ensure the best facilities for our staff such as the restaurant and caf incorporated into the new building.''
The new offices, which open for business on July 5, will be dominated by a dramatic three-storey atrium complete with an £18,000 suspended sculpture.
London design company Blue Jelly has been brought in to fit light wood and aluminium open plan interiors.
The expanse of glass walls is being given a very individual twist. They are being engraved with key words, such as 'successful' and 'happy,' chosen by staff to describe the company.
Managers have also set up a travel forum to help ensure the transition runs as smoothly as possible for staff.
Penny said: "We want people to feel comfortable about this. We have ample parking at Forum 3 but we are looking at people's needs. We are helping staff to arrange car share schemes and liasing with local travel firms. If necessary we will provide a shuttle bus.''
