Auditions for the Old Time Music Hall were held on Tuesday, and plans are already going ahead for this next production in October.

The garden is in Bramley Road behind the village hall.

Tea will be served, and new members will be very welcome.
FETE: The fete is on June 12, on the common, starting at 1pm.
We have a circus theme, school band, Punch and Judy and a circus workshop.
Admission is free, but if you buy a programme for 20p there is a good chance you could win a portable barbecue set.
BARN dance: Another free event in the marquee, organised by Silchester Association. More details on the band next week.
FUN Run: 300 runners took part in the eighth Silchester Fun Run. 150 booked in advance and 150 on the day. Seasoned runners took the long routes.
