For further details, contact Sandra on 469224.
FAMILY disco: Next week, members of the community association are invited to a free family disco on Friday, from 6.30pm until 10.30pm.
For more details and to book places, contact the community office on 811262.
MAST news: Local campaigner Simon Preedy and ward councillors last week met with phone operator 3, to discuss its requirements in the area. 3 is proposing to site two masts in the area.
One is earmarked for the Sainsbury's roundabout, where there is already a mast and O2 already has an application in process.
3 is also looking for a site in the Cliddesden Lane area. There is an existing application for a mast in that location by T-Mobile, and Orange, and O2 is also looking to site masts along Cliddesden Lane.
3 has undertaken to contact Lord Portsmouth, to see if there has been a change of heart on siting masts on his estate land.
