IT'S "Ready, Steady Watercress" for youngsters at Sun Hill Junior School in Alresford.
TV chef Phil Vickery popped in to serve some organic burgers with watercress, ketchup and salad to celebrate the start of National Watercress Week.
Phil - who is married to TV presenter Fern Britton - will be demonstrating his recipes on Saturday May 29 at a Victorian fayre at the Watercress Line's Ropley station.
It is all part of the watercress festival to celebrate the town's most distinctive product.
Free watercress is being distributed across 70 of the county's schools to promote the benefits of healthy eating.
He said: "My kids are always reluctant to eat what's good for them - and I'm sure I'm not alone as a parent in finding that. So Fern and I were amazed when we discovered they loved watercress. Maybe it's the peppery taste that makes it stand out from other greens."
