THESE south-coast legal eagles are on top of the world after a bizarre fundraising bid to climb 3,000ft up the highest peak in England in their business suits.
The suit stunt by law firm Lester Aldridge, which employs 300 people at its offices in Southampton and Bournemouth, raised £2,700 for the Jigsaw Appeal and Sutton Scotney's Naomi House children's hospice.
Twenty-two people from the firm hiked up Scafell Pike in the Lake District in their smartest get-up to show solicitors have a human side and help out local charity
LA's managing partner Roger Woolley, who took part in the challenge fully suited, said: "The idea appealed to me because people tend to think of lawyers as wearing suits but don't always see their human side. The support we got from other hikers was brilliant and really helped. We are used to seeing each other in suits so it didn't seem that strange to us but I guess we were a bit of a bizarre sight, especially the higher up the mountain we got."
